Don't love your designs? Email us within 24 hours. We'll regenerate them for free, OR refund you in full. No arguments. Tattoos are forever; the design has to feel right.
1. Single Pack ($9)
If you purchased a Single Pack and are unhappy with all 8 designs:
Within 24 hours of generation: Email hello@tattoodesignr.com with your purchase email and the issue. We'll either:
Regenerate your set with refined prompts (free), or
Issue a full refund to your original payment method (typically 3–5 business days to appear on your card)
After 24 hours: Refunds reviewed case-by-case. We'll usually still help you.
2. Weekend Unlimited ($19)
The 48-hour Weekend Unlimited pass is fully refundable:
If you've used 3 or fewer generations and are unhappy → full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
If you've already generated more than 3 sets → no refund (you've consumed the value).
3. Studio License ($99/month)
The monthly subscription is refundable on a pro-rated basis:
First month: Full refund within 7 days of initial subscription, no questions asked.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime. You retain access through the end of your paid period. We do not auto-bill after cancellation.
Pro-rated refunds: If you cancel mid-month and have used the service less than 5 times, we can pro-rate. Email us.
4. What we don't refund
Purchases where the user violated Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content).
Disputes raised more than 60 days after purchase.
Costs incurred at your tattoo artist (we don't refund the price you paid them; that's between you and them).
Subscription periods already fully consumed.
5. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please email us first — we'll fix it. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first triggers Stripe's dispute process and can result in a hold on future purchases. We've never lost a chargeback because we honor refund requests directly. Just talk to us.

We respond within 24 hours, usually faster. Refunds processed within 3 business days, appearing on your card statement within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
7. Currency & processor fees
Refunds are issued in the original currency of your purchase. We absorb all Stripe processing fees on refunds — you receive 100% of what you paid us.
