Terms of Service

Welcome. By using TattooDesignr ("Service," "we," "us," "our") at tattoodesignr.com, you ("user," "you") agree to these Terms of Service. Read them. They're short.

1. Service description

TattooDesignr is an AI-powered tattoo design generator. You describe an idea, optionally upload reference images, pick a style, and we generate eight (8) digital tattoo designs as image files.

What we provide: digital design files (PNG and PDF). Nothing physical.

What we don't provide: tattoo application services, medical advice, in-person consultation, printed merchandise, or guarantees about how a design will look once tattooed on your body.

2. No accounts. No stored data.

TattooDesignr operates without user accounts. You don't sign up, log in, or create a password. Each transaction is a self-contained purchase via Stripe Checkout.

We don't maintain a database of your designs, prompts, or uploaded reference photos beyond the seconds required to process and deliver your purchase. Once your download is delivered, that content is permanently deleted from our infrastructure.

3. Pricing and payment

Single Pack: USD $9 for 8 designs, one-time charge.

Weekend Unlimited: USD $19 for unlimited generations over 48 hours.

Studio License: USD $99 per month for tattoo artists and studios; unlimited generations and bulk export tools.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). We do not see, store, or have access to your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to your payment data.

Prices are listed in US Dollars. Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT) may be added at checkout.

4. Intellectual property & commercial license

You own your designs. Once your purchase is complete, the eight designs we deliver are licensed to you under a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive commercial license.

You may:

• Tattoo the designs on yourself or any client (if you're an artist).
• Print the designs on physical merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, posters) for personal or commercial use.
• Use the designs in advertising, social media, portfolios, and promotional materials.
• Modify, remix, and adapt the designs as you see fit.
• Sublicense the designs to clients (Studio License only).

You may not:

• Resell the unmodified designs as digital assets on stock-art marketplaces.
• Claim copyright in your name over designs that are substantially identical to what we generated.
• Train another AI model on TattooDesignr-generated designs.

Our IP: the TattooDesignr brand, website, logo, source code, and prompt-engineering systems remain ours. Generated designs do not.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use TattooDesignr to generate designs that:

• Depict minors in sexual or violent contexts.
• Promote hate, terrorism, or organized violence.
• Infringe on existing copyrighted characters or brand logos (we have content filters but they're imperfect — don't try).
• Are intended to defraud or impersonate someone.

We reserve the right to refuse service for prompts that violate the above. No refunds will be issued for refused prompts.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. The short version: if you're unhappy with all 8 generated designs, email us within 24 hours and we'll regenerate at no charge or issue a full refund.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

TattooDesignr is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding:

• The aesthetic quality of generated designs (subjective).
• The suitability of any design for tattoo application on your specific body, skin type, or in combination with existing ink.
• Continuous availability of the service.
• Compatibility with any specific software or device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TattooDesignr's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — typically $9 to $1,188.

We are not liable for:

• Tattoo regret, healing complications, or any physical or emotional outcomes from getting a tattoo.
• Choices made by your tattoo artist when interpreting our designs.
• Lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TattooDesignr, its operators, and contractors from any claim arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. Since there are no accounts, "termination" means we may decline future purchases from you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
